Every day at the front desk was like spinning plates. Phones rang, visitors arrived, and appointments needed scheduling—all at once. Multitasking became my superpower. Crafting Instagram posts and was my secret weapon. Canva and later.com were my trusty tools. But the free Canva version? Counselors were my allies. We brainstormed IG posts that would captivate young minds. Balancing coursework, virtual front desks, and design projects felt like time-traveling. But I persisted, even when the clock laughed at my exhaustion. Customer service, organization, and adaptability—these skills are my treasures.
